Career analysis is the domain where Chart Structure, Day Master elemental temperament, and Luck Pillar timing converge most practically. It is the most frequently requested BaZi application after wealth and relationships — clients consistently want to know whether they are in the right field, whether they should remain employed or start a business, and when a career pivot will be most supported. This module synthesises the Ziping structural lens, the Wuxingpai elemental lens, and the Mangpai operational lens into a comprehensive cross-school career reading framework.

The career peak decade arrives when the structural Yong Shen (as identified by Ziping structure) appears in the Luck Pillar. Wuxingpai narrows the analysis to peak years within that decade — specifically years when the annual flow reinforces the career element. Mangpai identifies the discrete career breakthrough event: typically an Officer Vault opening (官庫開) or a moment when the career-ruling star reaches maximum Zuo Gong force.
