BaZi — Four Pillars of Destiny
BaZi (八字), the "Eight Characters" system, maps the Heavenly Stems (天干) and Earthly Branches (地支) of your birth Year, Month, Day, and Hour into four pillars. Each pillar reflects the quality of cosmic Qi at the moment of birth, understood through the Five Elements (五行) and the sixty Jiazi cycle.
Within the Liuren Fajiao lineage, the natal chart is used as a ritual diagnostic tool — identifying strengths, elemental imbalances, and auspicious periods for Fa practice and ceremony.
