1. The Philosophy of the Altar Station

At the Sanshanjiao level, the practitioner must learn to establish a Temporary Altar Station (Daochang) in environments outside of their home sanctuary. This skill is essential for performing rituals at client locations, outdoor sites, or business premises.

Establishing a station is an act of Spiritual Jurisdiction. It transforms an ordinary space into an extension of the Altar's office, guarded by the Jade-Sealed Thirteen Guardians.

2. Essential Components of the Station

When establishing a temporary station, the practitioner must ensure the presence of these core elements to maintain the lineage connection:

Component Function Lineage Significance
Deity Tablet / Image The focus of authority. The "ID Card" that identifies the station as a Liuren post.
Central Incense The communication pulse. The "Telegram Line" to the Ancestral Masters.
Water & Tea Purification and nourishment. Maintaining the "Ren" (Water) flow of the tradition.
Guardians' Seal Security and overwatch. Requesting the Hutan Masters to secure the perimeter.

3. Professional Setup Protocol

Follow these steps to ensure the station is active and authorized:

  1. Purification: Use the Flower Character for Cleansing to drive out local stagnant Qi from the immediate area.
  2. Invocation: Respectfully petition the Liuren Xianshi to recognize the temporary site as an authorized station for the intended ritual.
  3. Guardian Deployment: Formally request the Bing Ma (Spiritual Soldiers) to stand at the cardinal directions of the space.
  4. Sheng Bei Verification: Use the Moon Blocks to confirm the Masters have arrived and the station is "Online."

4. Proper Release and Closing

A professional practitioner never leaves an active energetic loop behind. The station must be ritually released.

  1. Gratitude: Thank the Ancestors and Guardians for their presence and work.
  2. Dismissal: Formally release the Bing Ma and Guardians from their posts at the site.
  3. Release: Announce: "The work is complete. The office is released. All spirits return to their origins."
  4. Dismantle: Pack the ritual implements in order, ensuring the Deity image is handled with the highest respect.

5. Mastery of the Field

By mastering the Daochang setup, you carry the Altar with you. Whether in a client's living room or a mountain forest, your authority as a Liuren practitioner remains absolute. This professional protocol is the hallmark of a trusted Sanshanjiao ritualist.
