Health and Daily Luck-Cultivation (健康與開運取運)

One of the most practical layers of the founder's 五行派 teaching is also its most open-access: the chart is read not only for events but for the body, and daily life can be arranged to bring the elements a person needs into reach. The founder states the priority plainly — 健康才是開運的主因 (health is the real engine of luck-cultivation). This module is preparation and wellness practice, framed in the tradition's own terms. It is not medical advice: nothing here diagnoses or treats illness, and any health decision belongs with a qualified professional.

五行 is the body, 十神 is the event (五行代表身體,十神代表運勢)

The founder draws a clean division: the five elements map to the body and its organs, while the Ten Gods map to fortune and events. A single chart indication can surface as either a life event or a bodily one — 當你運勢受影響,你的身體是不受影響;當你的身體受影響,你的運勢是不受影響的. This is why, when an expected event does not appear, the tradition looks to the body instead: a student whose year read as a 破財年 (a money-loss year) instead kept his money but suffered a sudden collapse and lingering illness — the same pressure, paid in a different currency. Elemental injury is read as organ vulnerability (for example 肺為金 — the lungs are Metal, so a season of blazing Fire is when Metal-injured people are read as more susceptible), and an injured Day Master reads as direct strain on the self. The tradition even names two structural pictures behind low mood — 食傷受傷 and 日主受剋. These are analytical correspondences for understanding a chart, not clinical diagnoses.

取運 — bringing the needed element into daily life (取運:把需要的五行攬在身上)

取運 is the repeated practice of drawing one's needed element into the body through food, colour, direction, time, movement, objects, and habit. The founder is careful about what it can and cannot do: 運勢雖然無法反轉,但衰運可以降低 — it does not reverse fate, but it can soften the damage of a low period and build reserves for a good one. The guiding mantra is an agency statement: 改運便先行動,行動必先改心 (to change luck, first act; to act, first change the heart). Two cautions: take the needed element as a dominant proportion, not as an absolutist ban on everything else; and remember that everyday things are the medium — 開運是日常生活,各種事物都是可以當開運物的.

Vitality and body weight (胖瘦與日主氣)

The tradition correlates body energy with whether the Day Master is being reinforced or drained: 印 and 比 add 日主氣 and read toward weight gain and steadiness, while 官、財、食傷 drain it and read toward slimming, output, or pressure — 當日主可以得到力量,那人會自然的胖一點;要是日主要洩氣,那人會自然的瘦一點. In one of the founder's cases a woman advised to build her constitution gained weight over the following months and her circumstances changed; it is recorded as a lifestyle-and-wellness illustration, not a promise of any medical outcome.

Time-and-place element intake (時空取氣)

The blog maps each element to a time window, direction, and setting for gentle intake:

  • 水 (Water): 21:00–23:00, north, near water.
  • 火 (Fire): 11:00–13:00, south, bright/open places.
  • 木 (Wood): 05:00–07:00, east, forests, parks, the library.
  • 金 (Metal): 15:00–17:00, west, around metal/jewellery.
  • 土 (Earth): 07:00–09:00, walking and being on the ground.

Movement by Day-Master element (以運動取運)

The founder frames exercise as a way of letting the relevant element act on the Day Master — a milder route than forcing it through events. By Day-Master element: draws on 金 (structured, disciplined activity); on 水 (swimming, cooling movement); on 木 (stretching, plants, greenery); on 火 (cooking, sauna, heat); on 土 (barefoot walking, grounding). Output via 食傷 is offered as a gentler everyday alternative to pressure via 官殺.

Food as element (飲食五行)

Diet is one more intake channel: vegetables lean 木; soy-based “vegetarian meat” leans 土; sweets lean 火土; cold and iced foods lean 金; cooling foods lean 金水. The founder groups 木火 and 金水 as paired families with 土 standing independent — a simple heuristic for assembling a day's plate around a needed element, again in moderation rather than as a rigid rule. As with everything in this module, treat it as supportive daily practice and defer to medical and nutritional professionals for any actual health concern.
