歸宿 — Where the Ten Gods Belong (盲派歸宿論)
If 尋根基 decides whether a god is yours, 歸宿 decides what that ownership means in life. The 为心易学 course runs the four 體/用 gods — 官, 食傷, 印, 比劫 — through the same grid (position 家裡/家外 × root ownership) to produce a fixed set of life readings: boss versus employee, real authority versus borrowed light, loyal partner versus rival. (The 財's destination — 財的歸宿 — is covered in the core Mangpai module.) The unifying move is always the same: name where the god sits, name where its root belongs, and the configuration names the person's relation to that domain of life.
官的歸宿 — The Destination of Office 官
Authority, career, husband (female chart), and the pressure one lives under. The configurations:
- 官 home, root home — the office is mine: 我當自己的官 — proprietor, boss — provided it is controlled (食神制官) or transformed (印化官); a raw uncontrolled 官 at home is pressure or disaster, not office.
- 官 home, root outside — society/state grants the office: 吃皇粮 if the chart can carry it.
- 官 home, no root, unique in the chart — read as 奇才/special talent, the 官 as a quality of mind rather than a post.
- 官 outside, root home — the state/outside world needs me: 吃皇粮.
- 官 outside, root outside — not mine; others (relatives, peers) hold the office.
- 官 outside, no root — 虛名, read as 財, obtainable only through 合法競爭.
- 官 rooted both home and outside — disputed authority/status/husband: easy to take what is not yours, hence 是非/官非 — especially dangerous when using a 傷官 to strike an officer that may not belong to you.
食傷的歸宿 — The Destination of Output 食傷
Skill, speech, ideas, technology, the capacity to make business — and a diagnosis of suggestibility. 食傷 home + root home is my own skill (and if it generates my 財, 食神見了財我就發財). Home + root outside means I need others' platform or must learn from them. Outside + root home means others need my skill and provide the platform — cooperation. Outside + root outside makes me a managed technician on another's team. The course's distinctive add is the influence test: whoever generates the 食傷 shapes the native's thinking and must be repaid — a home 食傷 with its own root is least suggestible; a rootless home 食傷 fed by an outside 比劫 is highly suggestible (the 洗腦/做不了主 pattern, the person talked into schemes). Disputed 食傷 — mine at home but also fed by a 比劫 — has both sides claiming the contribution.
印的歸宿 — The Destination of Resource 印
Power, face, platform, patronage, and whether office carries real authority. The course's governing maxim: 「誰有印誰就是老大,因為官都要去維護他」 — whoever holds the 印 is the boss, because the officer exists to support it. 印 home + root home is my own brand/company/reputation: self-employment, my own platform. Home + root outside means powerful outsiders lend me authority. Outside + root home is outward face rooted in me — a work/public relation that can 吃皇粮 if intact. Outside + root outside is 借別人光 — borrowed light, no authority of one's own. A rootless home 印 still shelters (it can 化官 when 官殺 attacks, and a strong 印 root arriving by transit can open a company). Disputed 印 — mine at home but another 官 generates it — means others hold the credit; and my 官 going outside to generate another's 印 makes me their assistant/secretary. The hard rule for borrowed-platform charts: 官 rooted at home with 印 rooted outside means I have the resources but must rely on an external patron, and whoever holds the 印 holds the real authority.
比劫的歸宿 — The Destination of Peers 比劫
Brothers, partners, colleagues, clients, competitors, the body's own hands and feet. The course opens with the proverb 「老婆如衣服,兄弟如手足」 and warns that 「比劫如果說看不清楚的話,那就很難看清楚這個八字在做什麼事」 — misread the 比劫 and you misread the whole chart's work. The decisive feature is 共根 (shared root): 「比劫共根……同心協力;沒有共根……各有異心」 — shared root is joint enterprise, no shared root is divided intentions and partnerships that fail. Position grades it: under the seat the 比劫 is one's own hands and feet (a clashed seat reads as injury to them); 年/月 are elder/larger peers and 日/時 younger/smaller. Home + root home is my own people; home + root outside is others' hands and feet; and the number of partners is counted through the visible 比劫 plus any 拱 (half-combination) that summons a hidden one — the course's worked charts count four-person partnerships this way and identify the main shareholder by whose root carries the platform (印) and the wealth (財). The blessing-and-burden rule closes it: 比劫 share the 財 and the 印's good fortune, but also share the 官殺 pressure when trouble lands — and a 財/wife attacked by 比劫 is the recurring 「生意可以合夥,感情不能合夥」 warning.
Reading the Destinations Together 合參
The four destinations resolve the same grid into four life-domains: 官 → which authority is mine to hold, 食傷 → whose skill and whether I am led, 印 → who really holds power and platform, 比劫 → who acts with me versus against me. Run with the 吃皇粮 paths and the workflow's root-and-territory steps, they let the reader place a person precisely as owner or employee, principal or assistant, leader or led — before any timing is consulted.
