Judgment
卦辭
萃：亨。王假有廟，利見大人，亨，利貞。用大牲吉，利有攸往。
Gathering Together. Success. The king approaches his temple. It furthers one to see the great man. This brings success. Perseverance furthers. To bring great offerings creates good fortune. It furthers one to undertake something.

象曰：澤上於地，萃；君子以除戎器，戒不虞。
The lake on the earth: the image of Gathering Together. Thus the superior man renews his weapons in order to meet the unforeseen.
Interpretation
詮釋
萃卦象徵聚集與匯合。澤在地上，水聚成澤。眾人聚集，宜祭祀會盟，但也需防患未然。
Gathering together and assembling. Lake on earth, water gathers into lake. People gathering, suitable for sacrifices and assemblies, but must also guard against unforeseen events.

Six at the beginning
初六
有孚不終，乃亂乃萃，若號一握為笑，勿恤，往無咎。
If you are sincere, but not to the end, there will sometimes be confusion, sometimes gathering together. If you call out, then after one grasp of the hand you can laugh again. Regret not. Going is without blame.
有誠信但不堅定，時亂時聚，呼號後一握手可笑，勿憂慮，前往無咎。聚初混亂，真誠相待即可。
Having sincerity but not firm, sometimes chaos sometimes gathering, calling out then shaking hands can laugh, no worry, going no blame. Initial gathering chaotic, treating sincerely suffices.
Six in the second place
六二
引吉，無咎，孚乃利用禴。
Letting oneself be drawn brings good fortune and remains blameless. If one is sincere, it furthers one to bring even a small offering.
被引導則吉，無咎，有誠信則利於用薄禮祭祀。順勢而為，以誠待人。
Being led brings fortune, no blame, with sincerity benefits using simple offerings. Going with the flow, treating people sincerely.
Six in the third place
六三
萃如，嗟如，無攸利。往無咎，小吝。
Gathering together amid sighs. Nothing that would further. Going is without blame. Slight humiliation.
聚集但嘆息，無所利。前往無咎，小有羞辱。聚而不得其所，但仍需前進。
Gathering with sighs, nothing benefits. Going no blame, slight humiliation. Gathering but not properly placed, but still must advance.
Nine in the fourth place
九四
大吉，無咎。
Great good fortune. No blame.
大吉，無咎。居近君位，聚眾得當，大獲吉祥。
Great fortune, no blame. Position near ruler, gathering people appropriately, greatly fortunate.
Nine in the fifth place
九五
萃有位，無咎。匪孚，元永貞，悔亡。
If in gathering together one has position, this brings no blame. If there are some who are not yet sincerely in the work, sublime and enduring perseverance is needed. Then remorse disappears.
聚集有地位，無咎。若不被信任，需大德永久守正，悔恨消失。居尊位聚眾，以德服人。
Gathering with position, no blame. If not trusted, need great virtue eternal correctness, regret vanishes. In high position gathering people, winning with virtue.

上六
齎咨涕洟，無咎。
Lamenting and sighing, floods of tears. No blame.
悲嘆流涕，無咎。聚而不得，痛哭無奈，但無過失。
Lamenting with tears, no blame. Gathering but not obtaining, crying helplessly, but no fault.
