卦辭
蠱:元亨,利涉大川。先甲三日,後甲三日。
Work on what has been spoiled has supreme success. It furthers one to cross the great water. Before the starting point, three days. After the starting point, three days.

象傳
象曰:山下有風,蠱;君子以振民育德。
The wind blows low on the mountain: the image of Decay. Thus the superior man stirs up the people and strengthens their spirit.
Interpretation
詮釋
蠱卦象徵腐敗與整治。風在山下,事物敗壞。暗示著需要改革與糾正,治理腐敗需謹慎計劃。
Decay and correction. Wind at the mountain's base, things deteriorating. Suggests need for reform and correction, requiring careful planning.

初六
幹父之蠱,有子,考無咎,厲終吉。
Setting right what has been spoiled by the father. If there is a son, no blame rests upon the departed father. Danger. In the end good fortune.
整治父輩之弊,有賢子則父無咎。雖危險但終吉。承擔責任改革。
Correcting the father's errors, with a capable son the father has no blame. Though dangerous, the end is fortunate. Take responsibility and reform.

九二
幹母之蠱,不可貞。
Setting right what has been spoiled by the mother. One must not be too persevering.
整治母輩之弊,不可過於堅持。需要溫和寬容的態度。
Correcting the mother's errors, one must not be too rigid. Requires a gentle and tolerant approach.
Nine in the third place
九三
幹父之蠱,小有悔,無大咎。
Setting right what has been spoiled by the father. There is a little remorse. No great blame.
整治父輩之弊,稍有悔恨但無大咎。過於剛強有小失但可接受。
Correcting the father's errors brings slight regret but no great blame. Being too forceful causes minor issues but is acceptable.

裕父之蠱,往見吝。
Tolerating what has been spoiled by the father. In continuing one sees humiliation.
寬容父輩之弊,繼續則見困窘。姑息養奸必有後患。
Tolerating the father's errors, continuing brings embarrassment. Indulgence breeds future trouble.

幹父之蠱,用譽。
Setting right what has been spoiled by the father. One meets with praise.
整治父輩之弊,獲得讚譽。成功改革得到認可。
Correcting the father's errors brings praise. Successful reform gains recognition.

上九
不事王侯,高尚其事。
He does not serve kings and princes, sets himself higher goals.
不侍奉王侯,追求更高尚的事業。超越世俗,獨善其身。
Not serving kings and princes, pursuing nobler undertakings. Transcending the mundane, perfecting oneself.
