Qizheng Siyu Heavenly-Star Luopan Layer (七政四餘天星)
This module connects Feng Shui Luopan learning with the Seven Governors and Four Remainders. The Seven Governors are the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn; the Four Remainders are Rahu, Ketu, Zi Qi, and Yue Bei in Chinese astrological usage. In Feng Shui education, this layer is not a shortcut to natal astrology. It teaches how celestial timing, the 28 mansions, zodiacal palaces, and directional activation can be brought into site work without confusing static rings with live ephemeris calculation.
Static Ring, Moving Sky
A Luopan can show reference structures: 28 mansions, Twelve Ci, Huangdao twelve palaces, mansion degree lords, and palace lords. These are static coordinate aids. A full Qizheng Siyu reading requires the actual positions of the bodies at a date, time, and place. The academy distinction is important: a ring can teach the coordinate vocabulary, but the practitioner must not claim live planetary placement unless a verified astronomical engine supplies it.
