Liuren employs a strictly graduated initiation structure known as "Guojiao" (過教 - Passing the Teaching). This ensures disciples are safely acclimated to Fa Power (法力) while testing their character and dedication. However, the curriculum structure differs between the two major transmission streams.
The Fuying Hall (伏英舘) Standard (5 Degrees)
Following the "Iron Plate" method (鐵板正法), the Fuying Hall tradition organizes its curriculum into five progressive degrees. These correspond to the 82-section master syllabus.
| Level | Chinese Name | Primary Focus |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Zhongjiao (中教) | Protection & Foundation: Core talismans and defensive rituals. |
| 2 | Dajiao (大教) | Cultivation & Internal Strength: Energy work and meditation. |
| 3 | Sanshanjiao (三山教) | Ritual & Public Service: Complex ceremonies and community Fa. |
| 4 | Wuleijiao (五雷教) | Mastery & Higher Seals: Thunder arts and supreme command. |
| 5 | Yikelei (醫科類) | Ritual Healing Mastery: Advanced restoration and Zhu You tradition. |
The Gaozhou Transmission System (3 Levels)
Originating from the Xie Guangming lineage, this system uses a simpler gradation from small to big, but includes a highly secretive "inner altar" degree.

| 1 | Small Teaching (小教) | Foundational entry level and initial initiation. |
| 2 | Middle Teaching (中教) | Intermediate rituals and talismanic practice. |
| 3 | Big Teaching (大教) | Advanced mastery and ritual leadership. |
| Secret | Flying Sand Teaching (飞砂教) | Esoteric "Inner Altar" (内坛) method for aggressive/defensive magic. |
