1. Understanding Yin Arrows (暗箭)

In the Liu Min (Vagabond) class history, not all threats were visible. Yin Arrows (陰箭 - Yin Jian) , also known as "Hidden Arrows" (An Jian), represent directed packets of malicious intent or spiritual energy intended to "Snipe" the practitioner's health, wealth, or reputation from the shadows.

2. Functional Ritual Dynamics

Neutralizing a Yin Arrow requires a combination of Diagnosis , Deflection , and Resealing .

Stage	Metaphysical Action	Practitioner Result
Diagnosis (Wai Ying)	Detecting the "Sting" or sudden drop in the Ming base.	Identifying the direction and source of the sniped energy.
Deflection (Jin Kou)	"Locking" the Altar to mirror the incoming Sha.	The "Arrow" is reflected back or dissipated harmlessly.

3. Types of Sniping

Modern Yin Arrows manifest in contemporary social and business settings:

Social Sniping: Hidden malice and rumors intended to "Cut" the practitioner's public standing.
Business Arrows: Sabotage and hidden predatory dealings designed to drain resources.
Spiritual Sniping: Low-stakes but persistent "Evil Eye" or jealousy-based Sha that causes sudden fatigue.

4. Lineage Defense: Redirecting Hostility (金口遮斷)

Neutralizing a Yin Arrow is an act of Active Defense . By "Closing the Gates" through the authority of the Altar, the practitioner ensures that hidden malice finds no purchase in their spiritual or physical field.

Righteous Shielding: The practitioner relies on the Iron Plate foundation to absorb and dissipate the "Sting" of hidden aggression.
Altar Reflection: Using the lineage's mandate to redirect the unauthorized energy back to the earth or the source, ensuring the practitioner remains stable.
Conduct: A practitioner with an arrogant or provocative heart is more likely to "Attract" Yin Arrows. Maintaining a sincere and quiet heart is the best passive defense.

If you suspect a hidden spiritual attack, immediately use the Flower Character for "Reflection" on your doorway and windows. Then, perform a **Jing Xin (Heart Purifying)** ritual to ensure your internal frequency is not resonant with the incoming Sha. Sincerity toward the Masters creates the most effective "Stealth" shield.
