1. The Art of Spiritual Containment (收法正傳)

In Liuren Fajiao, Ghost Capturing (捉鬼 - Zhuo Gui) is the advanced discipline of containing malevolent entities that refuse to leave through simple dissolution (Section 06). This is a core competency of the Sanshanjiao (Three Mountains Teaching) , where the practitioner acts as a "Spiritual Constable."

2. Functional Ritual Dynamics

Capturing an entity requires a combination of Soldier Management and specialized Talismanic Containment .

Authorization: The practitioner must be a verified Sanshanjiao disciple to have the "Seal of Command" necessary to lead spiritual troops.
Interrogation: Using the Six Ren calculation to determine the entity's "Ren" (Water) frequency, allowing for precise targeting and minimal collateral damage.
Ritual Disposal: Once captured, the entity is not "destroyed" (consistent with Zen ethics) but is ritually "Returned to the Source" or placed in a "Spiritual Detention" until it can be safely released or converted.

4. Lineage Law: Spiritual Enforcement

Ghost capturing is an act of Spiritual Law Enforcement . When an entity violates the peace of a home or the health of a person, the practitioner uses the Altar's mandate to "Arrest and Detain" the offender.

Righteous Command: The practitioner does not act out of personal anger, but as a representative of the Liuren Xianshi .
Lineage Protocol: Captured entities are handled according to specific lineage protocols—either "Returned to the Source" (Huan Yuan) or placed in spiritual detention at the Altar until they can be safely processed.
Conduct: The authority to capture is contingent upon the practitioner's Gong De . Unauthorized use of spiritual force for ego or profit will result in the loss of command over the Bing Ma .

Technical Warning:

Capturing an entity creates a temporary Spiritual Bond . If the practitioner's internal stability (developed in Dajiao ) is insufficient, the entity's "Yin-Qi" can contaminate the practitioner's field. Proper Fengshen sealing and post-ritual purification are mandatory.
