In Liuren Fajiao, Spirit Kung Fu (神功 - Shen Gong) is the process of transforming the practitioner's own body and spirit into a stable vessel for the lineage's power. While Zhongjiao focuses on the tools, Dajiao (大教) focuses on the engine—the internal capacity to sustain high-level ritual work.
Developing Shen Gong requires a commitment to refining one's internal state through three specific practices.

Spirit Kung Fu is a "Heart Method." It does not rely on complex external gymnastics, but on the Quality of the Practitioner's Spirit . Once the internal "Gong" is established, the practitioner carries the authority of the Ancestral Masters wherever they walk.
True Shen Gong is quiet. If you feel sudden "surges" or agitation during practice, ground yourself by recalling your Guojiao initiation. A strong conduit is steady and cool, able to hold the lineage power without egoic interference.
