In Zhongjiao, the focus is on external protection and the immediate use of the Fa. In the Dajiao (大教) level, the focus shifts inward to Spiritual Cultivation (Ling Xiu) . The goal is to refine one's heart and temperament (Xiu Xin Yang Xing) to become a clearer conduit for the lineage power.
The core philosophy is: "Refine the internal law first, then apply the external law" (先修內法而後修外法). "Internal Law" refers to the cultivation of one's character, filial piety, and sincerity.
