Morning Practice

Evening Practice

  • Gratitude: Honor the ancestors and guardians for their protection.

🌬️ Cultivation Methods

Meditation (静坐 Jing Zuo)

Seated meditation forms the foundation, developing stillness and awareness. Focus on a straight spine and natural abdominal breathing.

Breathwork (氣法 Qi Fa)

Specific techniques circulate and refine internal energy. Caution: Advanced Qi circulation should only be practiced under direct master supervision.

Heart Mantra (心咒 Xin Zhou)

Deep recitation of the level-specific Heart Mantra strengthens the connection to the lineage. Recommended daily minimum is 108 repetitions (one mala).

The tradition follows the principle of 行善積德 (Xingshan Jide) : "Doing Good and Accumulating Merit."

  • Approach with humility—you are a conduit, not the source.
  • "德不配位，必有災殃" - If virtue does not match power, disaster follows.
