📜 Liuren Perspective

In Liuren Fajiao, we distinguish between Cleverness (智) and Enlightenment (明). One may be "clever" in learning many rituals and seals, but true "enlightenment" only comes from knowing one's own internal state and spiritual connection. Similarly, the "True Power" (強) is not the ability to defeat external enemies, but the ability to conquer one's own ego and desires.

"To die but not perish" (死而不亡) is a key concept in our cultivation. It refers to the attainment of the Immortal Seed or the Yang Spirit. Even when the physical body dies, the "True Self" that has been forged through Liuren practice continues to endure in the lineage. This is the only true "Longevity" (壽).

"Not losing one's place" (不失其所) means staying rooted in the Lineage and the Dao. As long as the practitioner remains in this "place," their cultivation will be "lasting" (久).
